Lathander McFenn is a lifelong resident of Rothigport and considers himself the town’s professional greeter. He loves fishing in the town canals and lagoon and is generally a gentle, wise soul willing to help a traveler out.

He first will tell you about the lay of the land what what general knowledge he has from outside the realm, though he has never left Song Tide. Once you get to know him, he will help you with your fishing and tell you some good spots to find the best catches.

If you catch at the wrong time, he may be a little grumpy, but that is only because his net came up empty from earlier that morning. If you don’t see him standing outside the Town Hall, which is also the Guild of Fishers.
